Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

Welcome to HealthRoop. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of healthroop.com and the medical tourism facilitation services we provide. By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or using our services in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms laid out below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Who We Are

HealthRoop is a medical tourism facilitation company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We connect international patients with hospitals, doctors, and specialists across India for treatment ranging from cardiac surgery and orthopedics to oncology, IVF, and cosmetic procedures. We are not a hospital, and we do not employ doctors, nurses, or medical staff. Every diagnosis, treatment plan, and surgical decision is made independently by the licensed hospital and physician you choose to visit.

2. Our Role as a Facilitator

We help you plan your treatment journey. That includes:

  • Reviewing your medical reports and connecting you with suitable hospitals and specialists
  • Sharing cost estimates and helping you compare options across partner hospitals
  • Assisting with travel logistics such as visa invitation letters, airport pickup, accommodation, and local transport
  • Providing a coordinator and interpreter support during your stay, where applicable
  • Following up after your treatment where feasible

What we do not do: we do not perform surgery, prescribe medication, provide medical advice, or guarantee treatment outcomes. Every hospital we work with is independently licensed and accredited (NABH, JCI, or equivalent), and your relationship with the treating hospital is governed separately by that hospital's own consent forms, admission policies, and billing terms.

3. Zero Service Fee Model

HealthRoop does not charge patients a service fee for facilitation. We earn a referral arrangement from our partner hospitals, and you pay the hospital the same rate a local walk-in patient would pay for the same treatment. Any charges you do pay us directly (for example, arranged travel packages, accommodation upgrades, or optional add-ons) will be quoted to you in writing and confirmed before booking.

4. Patient Responsibilities

To help us serve you well, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete medical history, reports, and scans when requested
  • Disclose pre-existing conditions, allergies, and current medications honestly
  • Arrange a valid passport, medical visa, and any travel documents required for entry into India
  • Follow the treating hospital's pre-op and post-op instructions
  • Make hospital payments directly to the hospital as per their billing schedule, not through any unofficial channel

Incomplete or inaccurate medical information can affect treatment planning, cost estimates, and, in some cases, eligibility for a given procedure. HealthRoop is not responsible for delays or complications arising from incomplete disclosures.

5. Cost Estimates and Pricing

Prices shown on this website (for procedures such as knee replacement, hip replacement, cancer treatment, cardiac surgery, or IVF) are indicative starting ranges based on typical cases at our partner hospitals. Your final quote depends on your diagnosis, the hospital and doctor you choose, room category, length of stay, and any complications. Final costs are confirmed in writing by the hospital before you travel, and HealthRoop is not liable for variance between an initial estimate and the hospital's final bill.

6. Travel and Visa Assistance

We can assist with medical visa invitation letters and general travel coordination, but visa approval is solely at the discretion of Indian immigration authorities and the relevant Indian embassy or consulate in your country. HealthRoop does not guarantee visa approval, entry permission, or travel insurance coverage, and is not responsible for losses arising from visa refusal, flight cancellations, or travel disruptions outside our control.

7. Medical Outcomes and Liability

Medical and surgical treatment carries inherent risk, and outcomes vary from patient to patient. HealthRoop makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the outcome of any treatment, procedure, or consultation. Liability for medical negligence, malpractice, or treatment-related complications rests with the treating hospital and physician, in accordance with Indian law and the hospital's own consent and liability terms. HealthRoop's role is limited to facilitation and coordination, and our liability, where it exists, is limited to the value of the facilitation services we directly provided.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or postpone your treatment plan, let us know as early as possible. Any refund of hospital deposits is governed by that specific hospital's cancellation policy, which we will share with you at the time of booking. Refunds for travel arrangements booked through HealthRoop (accommodation, transport) are handled according to the applicable vendor's cancellation terms.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorized access to our systems, submitting false information through our forms, or using content from this site (text, images, hospital data) for commercial redistribution without written permission.
